Processing Time
All curtains are custom-made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (United States): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — please check our current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because all of our curtains are made to your specifications, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please double-check your measurements and selections before placing your order.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the local customs authority.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at baxterbeatrix68@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
